REPAIRS INITIATIVE
At Brooke Barrett, we value our environment and want you to be able to do the same by reducing your waste from the apparel industry. Our clothing is designed for a lifetime, not a season, so Brooke Barrett offers a complimentary repairs service on any garment from any Bespoke item, Individual collection, or Season.
We value our customers and the integrity of our product. Help us do our part to minimise the volume of garments that end up in landfill each year and extend the life of the Brooke Barrett garments you love.
Our Minor Repairs include:
- Missing Buttons and Broken Zippers
- Seam stitching, hem stitching or top stitching
- Binding Repair
- Lining Repairs
- Reattaching labels
- Reinforcing seams
We however cannot patch or repair:
- Holes in Fabric
- Fabric Flaws
- Pills / Pulls
- Marked / Stained Items
- General wear and tear in fabric
If you are bringing something in to be fixed, we kindly ask you to wash or dry clean it first as a courtesy to our machinist who will be working on your repair.
For repairs outside of New Zealand we're unable to cover shipping costs at this time.
