WHAT IS ‘APPRO’?
Appro is a service that allows you to pre-approve your purchase before you buy. This service is ideal if you can’t make it to our showroom for a fitting in person - having a sample couriered to you in the comfort of your own home or support of your bridal party is the next best option!

IS THERE COST INVOLVED?
If you decide to go ahead with purchasing then no! A small fee of $30 will be initially charged to your debit or credit card, If you decide to go ahead with your full purchase order, this will be refunded against your order at time of purchase. (We momentarily store your card information with your approval for security reasons)
Terms and conditions:
- The number of items that can be sent will be at the discretion of Brooke Barrett, depending on availability.
- Your name, address, contact number and credit card details will be taken via a credit card authority form for security, and will be stored securely.
- A small fee of $30 will be charged to your debit or credit card, If you decide to go ahead with your full purchase order, this will be refunded against your order at time of purchase.
- The credit card details are kept confidential and secure in our POS system and full sales are only processed once the customer has been in contact after receiving the items.
- The items will be sent through a tracked courier system.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Brooke Barrett within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) and supply all tracked courier return information. The items MUST be returned on a tracked courier within 72 hours once received.
- Items MUST be returned in original condition via tracked courier. The package is the responsibility of the customer and in the unlikely event that it is not received by Brooke Barrett the customer will be charged for the losses.
- Any items not returned in original condition will be charged to the customers credit card.
